Ms. Neha Tripathi completed her graduation in Applied Psychology and later did her post graduation in Psycho-Social Clinical Studies from Ambedkar University Delhi. She is an avid reader and has a keen interest in writing. Her work so far has been around topics such as online counseling, mental health and it's intersection with law. An enthusiast, who is working towards the establishment of a leadership model for Not-for-Profit Organization to enhance the effectiveness. He graduated with B.A. Hons. Psychology in 2016, Post-graduated in Psychology in 2018, and currently pursuing his Ph.D in Psychology from Delhi University. He qualified his net in 2019. And also had the responsibility for managing two projects simultaneously: (a) Cognitive assessment of school going children and providing necessary intervention, (b) Understanding teacher’s well-being and its implications for the school education of Delhi. Currently working as a trainer at Power Within, provides training for NGO’s, conducts workshops at skill development centers, and creates awareness on online platform about Psychology and Mental Health.
